Traci is a seasoned yoga educator and movement specialist with more than 14 years of experience teaching mind–body practices. She holds a degree in Psychology, is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, and is the founder of All Around Yoga & Fitness, a Registered Yoga School offering both 200-hour and Advanced 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. Her career includes developing research-based therapeutic yoga curriculum, leading programs for community nonprofits, and teaching in corporate, studio, and gym environments. Traci is widely recognized for making yoga accessible, welcoming, and personally meaningful for students of all fitness levels and movement backgrounds.

In addition to her advanced yoga qualifications, Traci is a certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her work integrates functional strength, mobility training, and flexibility techniques to help clients understand how their bodies move and to build confident, sustainable movement patterns. She encourages curiosity, body awareness, and an empowered relationship with one’s physical potential.

Strength & Flexibility Fusion + Movement Assessment

This comprehensive session blends mindful yoga, functional strength training, and a corrective movement assessment to create a highly personalized experience. You’ll begin with a guided evaluation of how your body moves—identifying areas of tension, muscular imbalances, and mobility limitations. From there, Traci designs a tailored practice that incorporates strength-based yoga, targeted flexibility work, and breath-informed movement strategies.
