Refund policy

Refunds Are Approved Only When:

The provider fails to arrive for a confirmed appointment and does not contact the client within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time to reschedule.
The appointment was canceled by The Local Healing House or the assigned provider due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, illness, or significant traffic delays, and a rebooking is not possible.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Appointments canceled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
If an appointment must be canceled due to weather, illness, or emergency, we will offer to rebook at no additional charge or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to be present or available for their scheduled appointment, the booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, memberships, and e-books are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
