These terms outline the responsibilities of both clients and providers to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

2. Services

The Local Healing House provides mobile and on-site wellness services, including massage therapy, acupuncture, skincare, yoga, and related holistic treatments.
All services are performed by licensed and verified providers operating under state and local professional regulations.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Prices may vary by location, provider experience, or duration of service.

  • Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout and third-party payment processors.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds and rescheduling are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If a provider fails to arrive and does not contact the client within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued.

  • Appointments canceled due to bad weather, illness, or significant travel delays will be rebooked at no additional charge or refunded in full.

  • Appointments canceled by the client within 24 hours of service or marked as no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide a safe, respectful, and clean environment for all in-home or mobile services.

  • Be present, ready, and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Notify The Local Healing House promptly of any address changes, access issues, or safety concerns.

The Local Healing House reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a provider feels unsafe or disrespected.

6. Provider Conduct

All providers working under The Local Healing House are licensed, insured, and vetted for professional conduct.
Providers must follow all ethical and legal standards of practice and may not engage in any activity that compromises safety or professionalism.

7. Text Message Policy & Privacy

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and limited promotional messages from The Local Healing House.

  • Message frequency varies by appointment schedule and opt-in preferences.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • We will never share, sell, or disclose your phone number to third parties without your consent.
