Dey is a certified personal trainer and strength coach with an educational background in kinesiology and sports studies from the University of Denver, along with professional certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He brings additional real‑world experience from five years of service in the U.S. Navy as a corpsman, where he developed a strong foundation in physical readiness, injury awareness, and whole‑person care. His background also includes leading group exercise programming during military training environments.

Dey’s approach to fitness is rooted in proper technique, injury prevention, and sustainable progress. He emphasizes thoughtful warm‑ups, intentional training, adequate recovery, and realistic goal‑setting to support long‑term strength and resilience. Mobile Personal Training & Buddy Training

A fully customized, in‑person training experience designed to meet you where you are — literally and physically. Dey brings professional coaching directly to you, creating strength and conditioning programs tailored to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Sessions focus on functional movement, proper technique, and progressive training strategies that support weight management, strength development, and overall fitness. Clients may train individually or bring a buddy to increase motivation, accountability, and shared progress.

Personal Training – 60 Minutes
A focused, one‑on‑one session emphasizing proper form, strength development, and individualized coaching.

Personal Training – 80 Minutes
An extended session allowing for deeper conditioning work, skill development, and recovery‑focused programming.

Buddy Training – 60 or 80 Minutes
Shared training sessions for two participants, offering structure, encouragement, and collaborative momentum while still honoring individual needs.

Virtual & Hybrid Training Programs

A flexible training option combining personalized program design with ongoing virtual support. Following an initial consultation, Dey creates a custom exercise and nutrition‑informed plan aligned with your goals and experience level. Hybrid options may include an initial in‑person session to establish proper technique, followed by virtual check‑ins to guide progress, answer questions, and adapt programming as needed.
