Buffy Olson is a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist based in Aurora, Colorado, blending evidence-based clinical training with the wisdom of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and somatic, nervous-system–focused practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental and Public Health Administration, bringing a decade of combined experience in social services, mental health, addiction recovery, and therapeutic yoga.
Buffy is a certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor and is currently completing her 500-hour advanced training and Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT) credential through Prana Yoga School. She serves as a Yoga Therapist at Avenues Recovery, where she integrates mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and grounding techniques into recovery-supportive, whole-person care.
Her approach is rooted in accessibility, embodied resilience, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Blending clinical insight with restorative and spiritually grounded practices, Buffy creates sessions that help clients regulate the nervous system, release tension, rebuild internal safety, and reestablish balance. Clients often describe her presence as warm, intuitive, and grounding — a space where they feel seen, supported, and invited into their own healing.
A grounding, deeply restorative session designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and reconnect you to your inner steadiness. This offering blends guided breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, somatic movement, and chakra-focused (Kundalini-inspired) energy balancing. Clients receive personalized breath techniques and gentle hands-on support to release tension and cultivate emotional clarity. This session includes a full Yoga Nidra practice to support deep rest, nervous system repair, and integrative healing.
Mini Reset – 75 Minutes
A shorter, spacious reset for those needing grounding and clarity without full immersion. Includes breathwork, meditation, restorative movement, and a shortened but complete Yoga Nidra experience.
Full Reset – 90 Minutes
The classic nervous system reset, offering the full arc of breathwork, meditation, restorative movement, chakra balancing, and full Yoga Nidra.
Deep Reset – 120 Minutes
A luxurious, extended immersion for profound nervous system repair, emotional release, and deep rest. Ideal for burnout, overwhelm, or major life transitions.
A holistic, whole-person healing experience that weaves together Ayurveda health coaching, Sattva Yoga Therapy, vinyasa-based mobility work, restorative elements, and somatic practices tailored to your unique constitution and current needs. This session supports digestion, energy balance, emotional well-being, and physical alignment. Clients receive personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, breathwork, and therapeutic movement to restore harmony in body and mind. This session includes a brief Nidra-inspired closing (5–10 minutes) to integrate the work and support grounding.

A targeted therapeutic session ideal for specific concerns, mobility work, or focused Ayurvedic coaching with somatic integration.
