About Stacy

Stacy is a Denver-based yoga instructor with over 20 years of personal practice and a passion for using movement and breath as tools for healing, emotional processing, and self-connection. She completed her yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali in 2025, where her approach deepened into one centered on intentional movement, breath awareness, and cultivating self-love. Stacy believes yoga is a powerful way to move energy, release what no longer serves us, and create space for clarity and calm.

Before transitioning fully into teaching yoga, Stacy spent more than a decade consulting in the healthcare space, giving her firsthand insight into the stress, burnout, and emotional weight that often accompany high-demand professional environments. This background informs her thoughtful, grounded teaching style. Her sessions begin with understanding each client’s goals and desired outcomes, which she then weaves into a personalized practice. Stacy’s work is both supportive and empowering, offering clients a path to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with greater ease.

Pranayama & Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic session beginning with 15 minutes of guided breathwork followed by a 60-minute Vinyasa flow. Pranayama & Hatha Yoga

This session combines breathwork with slower, alignment-focused Hatha postures. Poses are held longer to encourage mindfulness, body awareness, and steady breathing. Well-suited for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone who enjoys a more meditative pace.

Grief Talk & Yoga Flow
90 minutes | 120 minutes
A supportive, therapeutic offering for clients navigating grief or emotional heaviness. The session begins with guided conversation to create a safe, grounded space, followed by a targeted yoga flow to help process and move stored emotional energy. This offering is ideal for those seeking an alternative or complement to traditional talk therapy.

Movement & Meditation
75 minutes
A balanced session that begins with a 60-minute yoga practice—either flow-based or grounding—followed by a 15-minute guided meditation. Designed to cultivate presence, integration, and mental stillness after intentional movement.

Corporate Detox
90 minutes
Created for professionals in high-stress roles, this session includes breathwork, an intensive yoga sequence, and a closing meditation. The focus is on stepping away from work demands, resetting the nervous system, and restoring mental clarity and physical balance.
