Includes light planning support, three dinner services scheduled within 7–10 days, optional ingredient continuity to reduce waste and cost, and leftovers packed each visit.
Groceries billed separately (client-provided or chef-shopped). Travel within a reasonable radius included; extended travel may incur a small fee.
A personalized weekly meal prep session designed around your life—your schedule, goals, cravings, and what you realistically want to eat. Sessions typically include ready-to-heat mains, proteins, grains, roasted vegetables, sauces or dressings, and flexible components so your fridge becomes a mix-and-match foundation for the week. Ideal for consistent energy, easier lunches, and reduced decision fatigue.
